Gun Crimes Lawyers in Phoenix

Defending Against Weapons Charges in Maricopa County

Arizona has some of the most permissive firearm laws in the country, but that does not mean gun-related offenses are treated lightly. Prosecutors aggressively pursue weapons charges, and a conviction can lead to jail or prison time, substantial fines, the loss of firearm rights, and a permanent criminal record.

If you are under investigation, have been arrested, or have been charged with a gun crime, seeking legal representation is essential. The earlier one of our attorneys becomes involved, the more opportunities there may be to challenge the evidence and pursue a favorable resolution.

Faussette & Faussette, PLLC represents individuals facing a wide range of firearm and weapons-related offenses. Our attorneys carefully evaluate the facts of each case, explain your legal options, and develop a defense strategy tailored to your circumstances.

Request a free 15-minute consultation with a Phoenix gun crimes attorney by contacting us online or at (602) 905-2833. Your meeting may be held virtually for your convenience.

Fighting for Clients Against Gun Crime Charges

Gun crime cases are often more complicated than they initially appear. Prosecutors must prove not only that a firearm was involved, but also that the possession, use, transfer, or discharge of the weapon violated Arizona law.

Many cases involve questions about who possessed the firearm, whether law enforcement conducted a lawful search, or whether a defendant knowingly violated the law.

Because a weapons conviction can result in felony penalties, prison time, and the loss of firearm rights, you need experienced legal representation from the earliest stages of a case. Whether you are under investigation, have recently been arrested, or are already facing criminal charges, our attorneys can protect your rights and guide you through the legal process.

At Faussette & Faussette, PLLC, we take a strategic and personalized approach to defending you when accused of gun crimes.
