Since opening the firm in 2013, the brothers have dedicated their practice to providing personalized legal representation rooted in honest communication, strategic advocacy, and client education. Together, they bring more than 30 years of combined legal experience to every matter they handle.

Meet the Attorneys
Jacob Faussette
Jacob is a founding partner of Faussette & Faussette, PLLC. After earning his bachelor's degree from Arizona State University, he received his Juris Doctor from Phoenix School of Law in 2009 and has spent his legal career serving clients throughout the Phoenix area.
Jacob is known for his thoughtful approach, strategic problem-solving, and commitment to helping clients understand their options before making important legal decisions.
Upon entering law school, Jacob was selected to participate in the Diversity Pipeline Program of the National Bar Association, the nation's oldest and largest association of African-American lawyers and judges. The program connected member students with major law firms in metropolitan Phoenix, supported their volunteer work coaching high school students in mock trial competitions, and arranged externships with Maricopa County Superior Court judges and internships at local law firms.
Jacob was also the founder and president of the Black Law Student Association and served as administrator of the Phoenix Law Review.
Nicholis "Nick" Faussette
Nick co-founded the firm alongside his brother in 2013 and is a graduate of Arizona State University and Phoenix School of Law. He was drawn to the legal profession because of the opportunity it gives him to make a meaningful difference in people's lives. He is committed to providing straightforward guidance, strong advocacy, and personalized service to every client he represents. Nick was also selected to participate in the Diversity Pipeline Program of the National Bar Association.
